The Tundra Lodge is a 162-guestroom, full-service hotel located in the heart of Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Hotel features attractive amenities such as a full-service restaurant, over 20,000-square –feet of flexible meeting space, an on-site gift shop, on-site candy store, on-site arcade, in addition to an indoor waterpark. The Hotel is the second most recently constructed hotel within the Competitive Set, as it was built in 2003.

The Tundra Lodge retains a visible and easily accessible location directly on the corner of South Ashland Avenue and Lombardi Avenue, placing it less than one mile from the world-renowned Lambeau Field; home of the Green Bay Packers NFL football team. With its abundance of conference space, in addition to the highly attractive indoor waterpark, the Hotel retains the potential to be able to attract a variety of demand, from business-oriented guests, to families with children, and even Green Bay Packer fans. Location
The Hotel retains a strategic location less than one mile from Lambeau Field, home of the NFL’s Green Bay Packers football team.  Lambeau Field retains a seating capacity of roughly 72,000, and has sold out every home game since the 1960’s. The Hotel also retains approximate location to the major interchange of Route 41 and Route 172, which provide direct access south to both Madison (134mi), Milwaukee (116mi) and Chicago (207mi).
